My Opinion: Nobody likes taxes which is what the Amendment was created on. Taxes is the funding of our country as much as you don't want to think about it. Everyone is or at least should be taxed to play their part. The lower the income the lower the tax and vice versa.
16th Amendment
My Opinion: It seems funny to hear how the story came about for this Amendment. Basically making a mockery of the political parties in order for them to oppose it. It might of seemed like a good idea then, but now I bet they would re-think it. It sounds by this video that people where already uneasy about this at first before it was introduced and ratified. This should of been a sign and they should of re-thought their decision.
The Law That Never Was
My Opinion: Here is another one of those surprises that it seems like people thought they would get away with back in the day. Even though this video is almost like an advertisement it still gives some good points for you to think about as a citizen that might have been gypped in this mistake. If this serves to be true I'm curious to see how they will handle it and what the next step would be.
